Stephen O'Donnell,Chairman of the NORAs, is a recruitment industry veteran, since 1987, and has owned and run recruitment firms since 1993. He founded the National Online Recruitment Awards in 2000. He works with a wide range of technology start-ups in the recruiitment space.
