NORA Academy Members

Every Finalist and Winner in the NORAs automatically becomes a member of the NORA Academy (just like the Oscars). And just like the Oscars, our Academy Members have the unique ability to vote for the only peer award in the recruitment industry, the NORA Academy Award.

Over the past 20 years, 486 organisations have joined this very exclusive club by being shortlisted as Finalists in our annual awards. Whether it was in 2001, or this year, they all have achieved that recognition of excellence in online recruitment, and retain their membership in perpetuity.

In recognition of this, all members can use this graphic wherever they choose, to show their achievement, and let everyone know they are dedicated to delivering a fantastic online recruitment experience to jobseekers.
