Ph.Creative Partners with The NORAs!
Here at NORA HQ, we are beyond thrilled to announce that the 20th anniversary National Online Recruitment Awards will be held in partnership with Ph.Creative. We’ll be speaking about this in much more detail, including a series of online we shows, but for now let’s hear from Ph.Creative themselves.
Ph.Creative and the NORAs 2020 – an attractive prospect!
We’re bursting with pride to be this year’s sponsors of the National Online Recruitment Awards, the NORAs. There could be no finer match for our dedication to candidate experience than to be part of this annual celebration of all that’s great in online talent attraction. And to be sponsors for the 20th anniversary year is the icing on the cake!
We’re Ph.Creative, defenders of happiness. We’re here so that everyone loves their job.
Dedicated to better candidate experience, we bring clarity, focus, and diversity to our clients’ talent attraction activities, ensuring they discover the best people for their businesses, worldwide. Because if companies and people know the best fit for themselves, then matching them up is easy. And if companies and people live up to their promise they should always be happy, together. Agreed?
Our ‘give and get’ philosophy helps our clients to lean into some of the harsh realities about their companies that candidates need to know about. We think it’s vital that candidates get a fully-rounded perception of the company, what they will need to give to the company to succeed, and what they can expect to get in return. Our CEO Bryan Adams has written a book about our philosophy, and it’s recommended reading for everyone entering the NORAs.
Candidate experience, as all of us that work in this landscape fully appreciate, is massively important for online recruitment. It’s vital to think ‘candidate experience first’ when trying to rise above the competition and attract the right people. Poor candidate experience has a far deeper impact than creating a disappointed job seeker. Negative experiences get shared far and wide and can lead to a damaged reputation, fewer applications, and lack of diversity. They can even impact the bottom line, as we know from our work in the past with Virgin Media, turning around a £4.4 million loss caused by poor candidate experience into a £5.3 million revenue stream.
We’re looking forward to seeing some of the amazing online recruitment work that’s up for an award. It’s such a competitive and creative sector, we’ll be looking for those entries that have something special about them and push the boundaries, as Ph.Digital’s MD Jim Taylor explains, “We’re thrilled to be part of the NORAs this year. It’s been a challenging time for everyone, but that means everyone has had to think very creatively and use resources in different ways. I can’t wait to see the work, and send good luck to all that enter this year.”
Stephen O’Donnell, the founder of the NORAs, is also excited about this year’s awards, and says, ”In their mission to ensure authentic connections between employers and prospective colleagues, Ph.Creative truly embody the spirit of the NORAs. We were founded 2 decades ago to focus on the candidate perspective in the hiring process; and in all that they do, Ph.Creative aim to know and understand what candidates really want. 20 years is a major milestone, and we are thrilled to have such a fantastic awards partner!”
There’s still time to enter, so be sure to visit https://norauk.com/nominate-2020/ before 5pm on Monday September 7th.
