Our award for Best Innovation recognises all forms of innovation in online recruitment. Whilst the NORAs primarily identifies websites and services which are directly visible to jobseekers, in this category we also consider those which also benefit candidates from behind the scenes.
Our deserving winner in 2022 was Adway.
