Finalists for the NORA Academy Award 2025 Revealed
As it was so successful last year, we have again decided to ask the live audience at the NORAs Awards event on 13th November to vote for the winner of the NORA Academy Award.
Our Academy Members have already voted to determine who our 6 Finalists are, as you can see below. 
Now, in parallel with another monumental election happening this week, we will give every attendee on the night the opportunity to vote for the winner – which will be the final NORA awarded!
The whole purpose of this award is that the finalists and winners are chosen by their peers in the industry, and represent what we all consider to be the peak of excellence in online recruitment practise.
As soon as they enter, (from 7PM) every attendee will be given a unique event code, which only they can use in combination with their name and email address to cast their vote. The QR code, leading to our voting app, will be displayed throughout the venue, and voting will stop at 9.30PM.

As you would expect, we do have some rules, to ensure a fair voting process.
- Please use the QR code to access our Academy Award voting page on Slido.
- Enter your name, company email address, and unique event code.
- Do not vote for your own company – this will be deleted.
- Do not vote more than once. Duplicate votes with the same event code will be deleted.
- Only NORA attendees can vote – emails will be checked against registrations
The NORA Academy consists of 487 organisations who have all been finalists and winners in the National Online Recruitment Awards over the past 24 years.
This will be the last award presented at our event on Thursday13th November, and is the pinnacle of recognition within our industry. This year’s deserving winner will become the 12th NORA Academy Gold Member.
Once inducted, this award can only be won once, and previous winners include:
CV-Library, Jobsite, The National Trust, McLaren Technology, Vodafone, s1jobs, Women In Tech, McCarthy Recruitment, Morson Talent, Vercida, and in 2024, Greene King.
