NORA 25 Academy Award - National Online Recruitment Awards

The NORA Academy Award is a very special accolade, where only our 546 Academy members (all former winners and finalists since 2001) get to choose our Finalists. This year we had 6 finalists, in the form of LinkedIn, Sainsbury’s, Jobswipe, Firefish Software, Jobadder, and TribePad.

Uniquely, we then determine our winner by asking the audience at our annual NORAs awards event to vote in a secret poll, and using 2 -factor authentication.

We are therefore thrilled and delighted to announce that the winner of this peer recognition, the NORA Academy Award goes to Firefish Software!

Founded in 2010 by CEO Wendy McDougall, Firefish is a leader in creating an exceptional CRM platform for recruitment firms throughout the UK.
