Announcement: Voting for the NORA Academy Award

Each year every member of the NORA Academy has the exclusive right to vote for our very own Academy Award. The is the highest accolade we can bestow, and can only be achieved once.

The NORA Academy consists of 448 organisations who have all been finalists and winners in the National Online Recruitment Awards over the past 24 years (including this year).

The NORA Academy Award therefore, is a vote by your peers in this industry who are experts in their own right, and have a keen eye for what constitutes excellence in online recruitment. Each year we ask our Academy members to choose their top contenders from this year’s crop of Finalists. These votes are then tabulated, to produce our five Finalists. The winner will be decided by our guests at the NORAs awards event at the Carisbrooke Hall.  This will be the last award presented at our event on Weds 6th December, and is the pinnacle of recognition within our industry. This year’s deserving winner will become the 10th NORA Academy Gold Member.

Once inducted, this award can only be won once; our previous winners include:

CV-Library, Jobsite, The National Trust, McLaren Technology, Vodafone, s1jobs, Women In Tech, McCarthy Recruitment, Morson Talent, and in 2023, Vercida.

This year’s Academy Award will be presented by last year’s winner, Morgan Lobb, CEO of Vercida.

You can see the full history of NORA winners here.

All Academy Members will recieve their voting form by email, and the deadline for votes will be 5PM on Friday 25th October.
