NORA 23 New Finalists

Here at NORA HQ, we believe this year’s crop of Finalists are possible the greatest we have produced in our 23 year history. Not only do we have the long established industry titans from the job boards, employer, and recruitment agency worlds, but 38 of our 77 Finalists were not shortlisted for the same award last year.

This infusion of new organisations and websites to the NORA Academy is what keeps everyone on their toes, and continually pushes forward the progress for the benefit of candidates, recruiters, and employers. New Finalists are bound to have many questions, and we try to cover them with our FAQ, especially for you.

As a bit of fun, we find that many companies like to have  sweepstake to predict the likely winners in the NORAs each year.
