Project Description
The Academy Award is our only trophy which is voted for by their peers. All fellow and former Finalists from the last fifteen years of the NORAs are members of the National Online Recruitment Academy, and as such are entitled to vote for this award.
We can now reveal that the top three Finalists for the NORA Academy Award 2021 are Adzuna, McCarthy Recruitment, and Reed.co.uk.
The winner of the 2021 Academy Award, announced at The NORAs event on 10th November, is McCarthy Recruitment.
