The finalists for the 2025 NORA Academy Award were announced on Thursday 23rd October.
The Academy Award is our only trophy which is voted for by their peers. All fellow and former Finalists from the last 25 years of the NORAs are members of the National Online Recruitment Academy, and as such are entitled to vote for this award.
Uniquely, on the night of the awards itself, we asked the audience to take part in a live vote to determine which of our Finalists here will win the NORA Academy Award.
Once inducted, this award can only be won once, and previous winners include:
CV-Library, Jobsite, The National Trust, McLaren Technology, Vodafone, s1jobs, Women In Tech, McCarthy Recruitment, Morson Talent, Vercida, and in 2024, Greene King.
Our 2025 winner of the NORA Academy Award is FireFish Software.
