Project Description
This is a new award, designed to recognise those technologies at the very heart of all hiring operations – the Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms.
Whilst similar in many regards, an ATS is designed for TA departments with employers, whereas a CRM is primarily used by staffing agencies.
We may well separate these as distinct awards next year.
Our technology awards categories are specifically focussed on the recruitment technology that candidates don’t see, but still benefit from.
As our official awards partner SmartRecruiters would be in this category, we must commend them for recusing themselves from this award.
