Small employers form the backbone of industry and commerce in the UK, and have particularly unique challenges, when it comes to attracting and recruiting the best talent. This award recognises employers with up to 500 employees.
Unsurprisingly, recruitment agencies also feature strongly in this category, as small employers recruiting for themselves in their own right.
