AWARDS EVENT
The 26th annual NORAs will be held on Wednesday 18th November 2026. Nominations are now open, from 10th Aug to 12th September – both public nominations, and registrations from the recruitment industry.
JUDGING
Our judging panel of HR, and recruitment experts have selected the shortlist of Finalists in each award category. We then had the expertise of a second judging panel, who have determined our Winners.

NORA Conference & Technology Awards
The NORA Conference is a new daytime event designed to bring clarity to the fast‑moving world of recruitment technology. Running 1–5pm ahead of the evening NORAs, it brings together industry leaders, employers, and innovators to explore how technology shapes modern hiring and candidate experience.
Across keynotes, panels, and expert sessions, the conference focuses on trust in hiring, clarity in the tech ecosystem, and responsible AI. The afternoon also includes the NORA Technology Awards, recognising the platforms driving innovation — and concludes with the launch of StackMarket, our new structured map of the global recruitment tech landscape.
