What is The NORAs?

The NORAs is the largest annual showcase of online recruitment in the UK. Now in its 14^th year, The NORAs have become the definitive recognition of excellence in our industry, and our awards event resembles a who’s who of leaders in online recruitment delivery and technology. Last year we had over 400 attendees from major UK employers, recruitment firms, national newspapers, trade publications, and a very wide range of national and specialist jobs boards.

Who typically enters?

Not every website in our industry can be a Finalist in the NORAs, and many firms wouldn’t themselves qualify to be considered for one of our candidate nominated awards.  However, there is a way that your company can feature prominently in the NORAs, throughout the online build up from the nominations stage to the event itself.
